R.Kelly Has No Concept of Shame

After revealing his penchant for urophilia.

After revealing he can't read or write gud.

Robert Kelly takes the next step in being painfully unaware of how ridiculous (in the bad way) he is by sharing this gem:

New Beyonce Video: "Ego"

http://www.beyonceonline.com/us/videos

No idea why this video is not automatically in embeddable format (FAIL - welcome to 2009) but check check it out.

She's revisiting the simple dance format of Single Ladies but it lacks the same "wow" factor. Regardless it's still Beyonce so check it out.

Sneak Peek: Terrence Howard's Album

Um didn't you know?

Terrence Howard is releasing an album, set to hit stores September 2.

Yeah this guy:

Photobucket

I got a sneak peek at some of the upcoming tracks:

Track 1: Ode to baby wipes
Track 2: I'm picking a fight will Bill Cobsy
Track 3: No I've never been with a man before, why do you ask?

Bonus Track: Real men carry purses

To HEAR some of the songs on his album visit People.com. I caution you to avoid listening to this while consuming food or drink as it may possibly shoot out of your nose while you laugh.

Terrence, sorry to talk shit dude, you are a good actor but kind of a weirdo and definitely not a singer.

Quite A Few People In The World Have Seen My Penis

No not me silly, that's a quote from Spencer Elden, the baby from the Nirvana Nevermind album cover, who is featured on today's NPR Story of the Day Podcast.

Photobucket

Spencer is now your typical angst ridden 17-year-old who lives in Los Angeles and likes to say "straight up."

Photobucket

"I'm basically the baby on the Nirvana cover, quite a few people in the world have seen my penis--that's kinda cool..I guess. I'm just a normal kid living it up and doing the best I can while I'm here."

Photobucket

Spencer's father was apparently paid $200 dollars for his kid's participation in the shoot and after Spencer's image was chosen to grace the cover of the historic album, Geffen records sent the then one-year-old Spencer a platinum album and a teddy bear (awwww).

In a tragically ironic turn, NPR reports that Spencer likes techno.

They have guidos in L.A.?

It's an interesting listen check check it out.

Zock On

Dope Bjork Video

So I'm a Bjork fan. I totally did her strange Icelandic Bjokrness.

For the new single 'Wanderlust' off of her album Volta she is releasing a crazy CG video that will be available via DVD in 3D.

You can find versions of the video at a number of sites but go here to see a really sleek high def version. It takes FOREVER to load but it's worth it to see the visuals. If you don't have the patience check it below:

No More Rick Rolling

I know it's April Fools day but I swear if I hear "Never Gonna Give You Up" one more time I'm gonna kill myself.

Next year Internet pranksters may I recommend using another 90's classic? How about something from Amber or LaBouche or even some Haddaway? All equally as effective in terms of delivering on your euro-techno, Jock Jams needs and less stab inducing than Astley.

Can Someone Explain Morrissey?

I consider myself relatively hip and in the know. I love and appreciate all types of music so I find myself at a loss whenever I encounter a Morrissey reference and draw a blank.

I know he has legions of devoted fans but his music pretty much sounds like the soundtrack to a mopey mid-90's teen flick.

Photobucket

(Side note: Is anyone from the cast of The Craft currently working? Yes I'm talking to you Neve Campbell, Robin Tuney, Skeet Ulrich, Rachel True, and Fairuza Balk)

For the two people that read this blog maybe one of you is a fan. Please explain..!!..!!!

Remember When?

Please pour a little liquor in remembrance for Lauren Hill in her sane days. She was so beautiful and talented and made little brown girls with nappy hair feel good about themselves. Man ladies let this all be a cautionary tale--stay away from Jamaican men they make you crazy.

Photobucket

Here is the throw back video for your enjoyment.

Also is anyone is a fan of Estelle? I love her song "American Boy" with Kanye.

Remy Ma Found Gulity

Rapper Remy Martin has been found guilty on four charges stemming from an incident last July where she was accused of shooting her former friend Makeda Barnes-Joseph after accusing her for stealing $3,000 dollars from her purse.

Photobucket

This is a very very sad story. I am saddened by the stupidity of Remy Ma for shooting someone in an effort to maintain street cred. It's real hard to sell albums from jail--just ask Shine. Shaking my head. The full story can be found here. Also, Remy is facing up to 25 years in prison.

Slow news day people ( I refuse to post about Brit Brit).

Here is a classic for all you children of the '80s. I wonder why no one has sampled the beat from the theme song (Kanye I'm talking to you).

MC Hammer Takes on the Internet

I'll let the story speak for itself:

MC Hammer hasn't topped the music charts since the early 1990s, but the former rap star says he has another hit in him — only this time around he'll produce it as a Silicon Valley entrepreneur.

Hammer, whose real name is Stanley Burrell, is choreographing a new career as co-founder and chief strategy officer of Menlo Park-based DanceJam.com.

The Web site, scheduled to debut in mid-January, will try to upstage YouTube and become the Internet's hub for sharing and watching dance videos. DanceJam then hopes to make money by grabbing a piece of the rapidly growing Internet advertising market, which is expected to rake in $27.5 billion in 2008, according to eMarketer.

Just to offend your sensibilities please enjoy the classic Hammer comeback video "Pumps and a Bump"

P.S. Totally kind-of, sort-of NWSF

The R Strikes Again

People! When will you ever learn that you can't bring R-Kelly around your kids. According to AllHipHop.com the reason for the recent split between R.Kelly and his long time publicist Regina Daniels is that he was humping her 19-year-old daughter. I don't know how long it will be before I stop being amused by his outlandishness and start being offended by his frequent offenses. Check out All Hip Hop for the full story.

Video of The Day

It speaks for itself. Bask in the splendor. Also why does Snoop have a better singing voice than T-Pain?
